attended the old Igala Native Authority Primary School, Idah, Kogi State. He later attended St. Peter's College, Idah, from where he obtained the West African School Certificate in the Division/Grade One (1) category (June, 1973).
He later obtained a Bachelor of Science, B.Sc. (Upper Division) degree, in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, (June, 1978) and a Master of Business Administration, M.B.A, degree from the University of Lagos (Dec, 1981).
He is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of the prestigious Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. As part of his executive education efforts, Danjuma had attended The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, from where he obtained a Certificate of Professional Development (CPD), Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, and the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, California, also in the United States of America.
Danjuma Ocholi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Administration and Risk Management. He had, in the past, attended many specialist courses/internships locally and abroad, including those at the then Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, USA, and Grindlays Bank, Bombay, India, including internships at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc, Union Bank Nigeria Plc, among others.
Danjuma began his professional career in 1979 with Lever Brothers Nigeria Plc (now Unilever Nigeria Plc) and had worked with Nestle Nigeria Plc, The Nigerian Stock Exchange and NAL Bank Plc ("NAL"), where he was at various times, Area Manager, Kano and Abuja. He had also, in the past, held the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Tropical Commercial Bank Plc, Kano, on secondment from NAL. He also was the Head of NAL's Capital Markets Department as well as of its Energy and Chemicals Group for many years. In October, 2001, he joined the then FSB International Bank Plc, from where he moved to NUB International Bank Limited where he was the Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer until Dec., 2005.
On a part-time public service engagement, Danjuma Ocholi served as the Chairman of the Board of Kogi State Savings & Loans Limited, a government-owned mortgage bank, from years, 2008 to 2015.
was until August, 2009, the Executive Director, (Operations) at Nigerian Export-Import Bank, Abuja, Nigeria, (NEXIM Bank) having been appointed to that position by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in July, 2003.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida, 1978 and 1980 respectively. He also holds an MBA (Banking & Finance) of the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an Advanced Management Diploma (AMP 15) of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Nigeria.
He started his banking career in 1981 at the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (now Bank of Industry) as an Industrial Engineer and was deployed to the Project Promotion & Development Department. Mr. Ekere left the services of the Bank of industry in 1987 and joined NAL Merchant Bank (now a member of the Sterling Bank Group) as an Assistant Manager in the Project Finance Unit. Here, he participated in the formulation and implementation of the World Bank Assisted Infrastructure Development Fund and Health Systems Fund. He also participated, with the officials of The World Bank, in conducting prioritization studies, appraisals and supervision of projects for a number of participating state governments. At various times in NAL, he was placed in charge of a number of key Departments including, Treasury, Construction & Public Sector, Financial Advisory Services and Investment Banking. He left the services of NAL in 2003 as a Deputy General Manager, and a well-rounded Investment Banker, to accept the appointment as an Executive Director, Operations, at NEXIM Bank.
While at NEXIM Bank, Mr. Ekere managed the entire risk assets of the Bank and other business areas. He is a member of several professional bodies and holder of numerous awards including: Honorary Senior Member, The Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Credit Administrators; Member, Institute of Directors, Nigeria; Tau Beta Pi(Engineering Honor Society, (USA). He was, at one time, appointed unto the National Implementation Committee for the Review of the 1st National Implementation Plan of the national Vision 20:20:20. Mr Ekere has participated in various Seminars and served on many Committees both domestically and internationally.

His work experience spanned over 21 years of Corporate Planning, Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance at NAL Bank Plc, NEXIM. He joined NEXIM Bank in August, 2004, as a Senior Manager, Business Development and Financial Advisory Services and was at different times, Head, Cross Border Finance Department and Project Finance Department of the Bank before his voluntary disengagement in December, 2009.
While at NAL Bank, Mr. Aderounmu packaged and managed a number of milestone transactions, including the acquisition of Nigerdock Nigeria Limited (value of transaction approximately N4.0 billion, the privatization of Ikoyi Hotels, a US EX-IM Bank Medium-Term Loan (US$6.5 million) to the Jigawa Sate Government for the acquisition of a Broadband Network Access. One of the significant transactions which he anchored while at NEXIM was a fleet renewal transaction for ABC Transport Plc.
Mr. Aderounmu is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and holds a Certificate in Investment Banking from the Swiss Finance Academy- Class of 2008. Mr. Aderounmu's Business Development skills have been brought to bear on a number of landmark project and structured-finance transactions.
MR. MOHAMMED JIBRIL, B.Sc, MBA and ACA. He is a vibrant professional chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and Masters degree in Business Administration, MBA. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Head of Bank Reconciliation and Investigation Unit, Ministry of Defence, Head Quarters, for a number of years. Jibril has over 12 year's cumulative experience in Public, Private and Development Finance Institutions and had served as a consultant to a number of firms offering services in the areas of Financial Analysis and Project Management before joining Prodev Synergy Ltd as a Technical Consultant.
MR. JATTO SHAIB, B.Sc., MBA, ACA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, MBA. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He had previously worked with a number of professional accounting firms for over 12 years and was involved in various professional services in the areas of Tax Consulting, Forensic Investigations, Budget Analysis & Review, and Project Packaging. He was the Team Leader for the Plateau State Tax Revenue Verification and Recovery Exercise from 1999 to 2003.
